People aske me to do a tutorial on uploading images, and since we're gonna have some awesome ones from leeds, this seems like a good time.
STEP ONE: prepare your image, scan it or get it off your digicam, then make it a sensible size and save it as a jpeg (less than 1megabyte folks) i guess everyone knows how to do this since we send on msn etc loads, so I'll tkae this step as a given.
STEP TWO: Go here to imageshack
click the "browse" button and find your image, and hten click teh "host" button, when its hosted itll show a screen like the one shown below with lots of different options.
For the sake of images in threads, its best to use the thumbnail, (named "thumbnail for forums(1)")
if you were uploading to use as an avatar, or you just want the original image shown wihtout having to clikc on it to get a fullsize one, then use "direct link to image"
and thats it, pick which you want to use, copy and paste it into the forum message box, post it, and your image is there,
