I thought we could do a thread with reviews on films we've recently watched (seeing as some of us have Netflix/lovefilm/piratebay etc).
So here's the first one
Ironclad: Do not be deceived when you see the director of this film is Jonny English.... You're very much thinking of the wrong person. This is a film mostly about gore and the magna carter. From about 5 minutes in when the first victim has their tongue sliced of, to the last 20 minutes when live pigs are set on fire to create a burning furnace below a castle. There are also a significant amount of sliced and hacked up body parts between both of these scenes. The sex scene is poor at best, there are no breasts, and no man bits either and the main man looks like he is going to cry at the slightest idea of coitus. There is a very slight plot, mostly surrounded by body parts and blood. I thought the story was taking an upturn when some characters donned orc-esq face paint near the end, however I was decieved - this is no LOTR.
